This is a list of Ryanair Airports weighing hand luggage:

CCF (Carcassonne) before security at the check in desk (even for those with no checked luggage
EIN (Eindhoven)
LPL (Liverpool)
NYO (Stockholm-Skavsta Airport)
WRO (Wroclaw) Random
BRE (Bremen)
BZR (Beziers)
FKB (Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden)
TPS (Trapani)
LBA (Leeds Bradford)
NRN (Dusseldorf Weeze) Random
BRI (Bari)

Do they still weigh your luggage?

They did at BRI (Bari) last year.
I brought loads of stuff and was worried it would be overweight, but it was just under.
And anyway its quite hard to carry more than 10 k.g. in such a cabin luggage, otherwise it would be too heavy! :lol:

I've seen no hand luggage weighing in EIN since they refurbished the terminal a few years ago. However, I missed the airport in 2015: did they start again? :?

As for NRN, I've been there at least 5 times since 2012 and never saw anyone weighing anything - if it is random, the probability must be rather low... ;)

These airports are not on an exhaustive list.
It may happen or it may not. And as you said it can be random.
This is a list whose airports have been notified by people on the forum.
Still, nothing to worry about, but don't carry more than 10k.g, just in case! ;)
