Yep, If I remember well on your Flights, you are flying to London....
Is Palanga a new airport, in the sense that it's new itself? Looked like in the pic's I've seen.

Re: Ryanair launches flights at Palanga airport
The airport has been in use for a while
The South Terminal was built in the seventies and modernized in the late nineties. It has been serving as check-in area for all flights. It also houses airline offices and cafe/bar facilities.
The new North Terminal opened on 26 October 2007. 2000 m2 (21520 sq. ft.) of space augment airport capabilities to serve arrivals and departures from and to non-Schengen zone countries.
The following routes are these
airBaltic Riga
Belavia Seasonal: Minsk-National (begins 19 June 2016)
LOT Polish Airlines Warsaw-Chopin (begins 29 March 2016)
Norwegian Air Shuttle Oslo-Gardermoen
Ryanair London Stansted (begins 29 March 2016)
Scandinavian Airlines Copenhagen
Wizz Air London-Luton (begins 26 March 2016)
Is Palanga really nice? I would like to go as I hear the beaches are beautiful.

Seem too few flights for so many terminals!
Why are all of the flights so recent? Was it not in operation before?

Re: Ryanair launches flights at Palanga airport
From the looks of it Palanga has been in use for at least 12 years but there Passengers numbers were only around the 80k mark.
It does seem a lot of terminals for the flights.

Re: Ryanair launches flights at Palanga airport
Well, an airport is in use from Soviet occupation times, it serves Palanga - Lithuanian main sea resort and Klaipeda - a harbour (in 25 km distance).
One of the reasons, why it was not in use after regaining independence in 1990 - lack of compliance with Schengen border crossing regimen, another one - 3 airports with budget airlines in 300 km distance: Vilnius, Kaunas (both Lithuania) and Riga (Latvia).
