Booking flights

I'm a newby to Ryanair. Finding it frustrating to book flights when they first come out. When is the best time to look for flights that you want. Just missed out on Lanzarote flights again for second time this year!

Around 2-3 months earlier but it really depends on when they're cheaper. I can't say.
Normally the earlier the better but not always true.
Summer flights are very expensive always though.
